Assets such as golf carts, admin supplies, heavy equipment, radios, and signage can be requested, tracked, and managed in Lennd. To do this, you need to create a catalog of items. Items can be categorized and added in bulk. 

Steps to creating a catalog of items:

  1. Click on "Inventory".

  2. Select "Manage Catalog" under Settings.

  3. Click on "Add". 

  4. Select "Add Item" to add a single item. Select "Bulk Add Items" to add more than one item. 

  5. Select the item category from the drop down box.

  6. Name your item(s). If adding items in bulk, each item needs to be listed on a separate line.

  7. Click on "Save"
