Once you have reviewed requests for items, you can send users a summary email that details what has been approved & denied. You can send individual summaries for passes, meals, assets and equipment, or you can include all items types in one email. Summaries can also be sent in bulk.
Follow these steps to send users an item summary:
- Click on the group.
- Select the group(s) by checking the box next to the group name. Check multiple boxes to send in bulk.
- Click the "Send" drop down.
- Select "Send Item Summary".
- Select the notification summary.
- Edit a custom message and click "Review"
- Verify all details are correct. If correct click "Send".
