Group and people types can be customized with custom record layouts. Custom record layouts display fields of information related to a specific group or people type in a preferred order. Each group or people type can have their own unique record layout.
Follow these steps to create a custom record layout:
- Click on a specific group or people type.
- Select "Settings".
- Click on "Record Layout".
- Select the fields to be displayed in the record by clicking on the stars next to the field name.
- Under "Starred Fields", drag and drop the fields into your preferred order.
