Users from different groups can log in, fill out forms, and request items. Users can NOT access the portal unless they have been added to the group and granted access or they have filled out the intake form. Once they have access to the portal, they can request items such as passes, assets and equipment, and meals. 

Follow these steps to assign items to request in the portal.

  1. Click on "Settings".
  2. Select "Group Portals".
  3. Toggle on the people type that can request items.
  4. Toggle on "Available Items to Request"
  5. Click on "+Assign/Create"
  6. Select the item type.
  7. Check the box next to each item and click on + to set individual item limits if applicable.
  8. Click "Save". 
  9. Name your item block, add a description and enforce the limit if applicable.
  10. Click "Save".
  11. Add another item block by repeating steps 6-10 or click "Save" to finish.
