Once an event has been created or cloned, it's important to configure the event details before you start working in other modules.

Accessing Event Details

  1. Sign into Lennd and access your event. (As described in Set Up Your Event.)

  2. Click "Details" from the left-hand navigation panel on the dashboard.

  3. Update the detail fields, types of groups and people, and features you want to enable for this event.

  4. Click "Save" to lock in your changes.

Group and People Types

Lennd uses group and people types to help you create granular workflows. Many event organizers want to segment their groups and people to solve the following issues:

  • Who has access to request specific credentials / passes / meals / lodging / assets?

  • Who needs to submit what documents in their application?

  • Who sees what messages on their portals?

  • How can I send an email message to just all my vendors?

Learn more:

Here, you can choose to set up pre-configured group and people types that will be added to the event CRM once saved. You can also create custom types in the event CRM.

If you have questions about group or people types, please start a conversation with us via the chat bubble.
