Get start with configuring your event by setting your event details.
Event Name: Name of your event
Event Slug: A URL friendly version of your event name that is used in URLs for your event (e.g. app.lennd.com/my-event)
What best describes your event?: A way to help you classify all the events you add over time. Choose "other" if you don't see an option you like.
Type of Event: These options are limited based on your plan. Options include Virtual, Hybrid and In-Person. Functionality on your event is controlled by the type of event you select here.
Timezone: Select the timezone that your event is located in. Dates and times displayed across your event will reflect what you choose here.
Starts at / Ends at: Select when your event starts and ends. It's helpful to include your load-in days and load-out days into this date range.
Language: Choose the primary language your event is in. This is taken into account when displaying content on your Admin and Hub interfaces. Send us a message if you don't see a language you're looking for.
Currency: Select what currency you would like to accept payment in for this event. Send us a message if you don't see a currency you're looking for.
Logo: Upload a logo for your event that is displayed throughout different interfaces on the platform.
Background: Upload a background for your event that is displayed throughout different interfaces on the platform.
Manage Dates: Select and label your load-in, load-out and event days. These are used across the platform to help your users understand the context of certain days.
Types of Groups and People
Enable the type of groups and people that you want to track for this event. These types will be enabled within your Event CRM. Lennd uses group and people types as ways to give your greater control over your event workflows, including:
Who gets what credentials / passes / meals / lodging / assets?
Who needs to submit what documents?
Who sees what messages?
Sending email blasts to different types of groups or people
After saving your settings, you'll see the CRM dropdown on the left sidebar update to reflect the enabled types. If you don't see the specific type of group or individual that you want to manage for your event, send us a message.
Features are available to you based on what type of event you're using Lennd for (e.g. virtual, hybrid or in-person). Enable the features you'd like to utilize for your event. After saving your settings, you'll see your navigation on the left sidebar update to reflect the enabled features.
