Manage your backstage and speakers

Invite your speakers to the backstage โ€“ Use your backstage link provided on the dashboard page to send to your speakers via email or message. Here you can manage, chat and help your speakers set up their camera and audio for their presentation.

You backstage links and stream information can be found in your dashboard to the right hand side as shown.

Once you have entered the Backstage you can chat, join the panel or turn on your broadcast for your session easily. You have the option to share your screen, have a live video chat or stream in external feeds to your stage.

Manage your broadcast using the buttons and the top of the page. Once speakers have set up their camera and mic using the options at the bottom; You can โ€œgo live by selecting broadcast at the top.

*Note only those with camera and mic open will show up in the presentation. As administrator turn off your camera before you choose to broadcast
